Downfall were formed soon after Operation Ivy's demise in 1989, but only played three shows in total - one at Gilman, which was taped. Downfall were Jason Hammon of the Dance Hall Crashers, Tim, Matt and Dave from OpIvy, and OpIvy's roadie and fifth member, Pat Mello. One demo was released - Get Ready for Action, although the official album, apparently remixed and finished by Lint, has never been released.
